The third floor is a private retreat, featuring a junior primary ensuite and a true primary suite, both with king beds. The primary suite also offers its own private deck overlooking the bay—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Waterfront Notes: This is a bayfront property; however, no boat slip is available. Tenants are welcome to enjoy dock access for launching personal kayaks or SUP paddleboards, fishing, swimming, and relaxing by the water.
