One-level single family home is ready for you to enjoy! The entire unit and amenities are exclusive for your use. Updated home features three bedrooms, one full bathroom, outdoor shower, washer and dryer, comfortable family room, and modern eat-in kitchen with table seating for 4. The bedrooms consist of two queen beds and a bunkbed with a full and a twin (4beds total). This home best accommodates up to 7 guests. Enjoy the fresh air on our oversized & equipped front porch or backyard - it's a wonderful place to unwind after a fun filled day! Outdoor shower attached in the back. A full size gas-grill, Adirondack chairs, and cushioned swivel chairs are available for your use. You can park on the stone front yard or on the street. Important Notes: - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. - Beach tags are not included! - No Groups, No Smoking, No Pets. - Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes.
