It has been restored and updated so that it exudes both history and style. The home is ideal for large families and easily sleeps 14. You'll be greeted by a huge wrap-around porch prior to entering the home. Once inside, the first floor consists of a foyer, large living room that flows into the dining room, wrap-around kitchen and a half bath in the hallway. The porch not only has comfortable seating, including a couch, but also holds a dining table for outdoor eating. Heading up to the second floor you have 3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and 2 hall bathrooms as well as a primary bedroom with a king bed and its own attached bathroom. There is also a bonus family room with a sectional sofa and TV. The 3rd floor consists of a large dorm-like room with 6 twin beds and a spacious bathroom. In the back, the heated salt water pool is a welcome option to the nearby beach. Located on 21st Street, the home is 1 1/2 blocks to the beach and 1 1/2 blocks to dining and shopping. It's also a short walk to the strolling boardwalk and a walk or short bike ride to recreation activities for adults and children. There is plenty of extra off-street parking, including an EV Charger. The ground level has extra rooms including the laundry, another half bath, and a covered shower. Ground level also has an extra refrigerator and ping pong table. Bikes, beach chairs, beach/pool toys and a beach wagon are also provided.
