With a Friday turnover, you will enjoy the full weekend's activities on the island. The 1pm check out means no rushing to pack and head out the door on your last day!
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious foyer leading you to three bedrooms located on the first floor. To the left, you will a Queen ensuite bedroom with TV. On the right, a full hall bathroom with tub, which is also attached to the bunk bedroom. The bunk beds are single over double, sleeping 3 guests. The third ensuite with King bed provides access to the bayfront deck. Outside of this room is the family room which offers a mini kitchen, includinf icemaker, refrigerator and dishwasher.
Outside of the family room sliding door you will find the pool and sprawling bayfront deck that leads down to the boat slip.
On the second floor you will find 2 more bedrooms, On the street side there is Queen ensuite and in the center a King ensuite. The second floor great room provides a open gathering space for the entire family. Upscale amenities like a Wolf oven and built-in Miele coffeemaker will enhance your stay. The dining room table seats 12 people whie the massive kitchen island offer 8 more chairs, ensuring everyone has a place to enjoy dinner!
The third floor master suite is a private oasis for the primary guests. King bed overlooking the bay, private laundry, and custom stone shower are just a few of the perks.
The four-stop elevator is accessible through the garage for guests needing a little assistance,
