Sleeping accommodations include one bedroom with a Queen bed, one bedroom with a Full bed, and a third bedroom featuring a single over single bunk bed plus an additional Full bed. The second floor features a bright and spacious open living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space perfect for creating lasting vacation memories. This level also includes a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, the primary bedroom with a King bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. For your convenience, beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach gear are provided, making it easy to enjoy Avalon’s pristine shoreline. A new outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Small hypoallergenic dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior owner approval. If approved, a pet fee and or pet deposit will apply. Please note that the yellow and white umbrellas and bedding shown in some photos are not included. Similar umbrellas and bedding will be provided.
