Paul has always had a passion for real estate on the 7mile island ever since he was a young boy. Growing up and watching his father’s success over the last 40+ years has facilitated his tireless work ethic and a blueprint to ensure his clients get the maximum benefit this island can offer whether it be buying, selling, developing or renting.  Growing up at the shore Paul would spend every waking moment by the water fishing, boating, or surfing. Paul went on to double major at Florida Atlantic University in Finance and Marketing, as well as secure an MBA in International Business where he received cum laude in both his undergrad and his masters.  He soon returned to the Jersey Shore to pursue his career in real estate alongside his father, Guy Sudell, and sister Kate Sudell. 

With Paul’s extensive knowledge of the market, zoning regulations, construction and holding his clients hands throughout the entire transaction process, you will be sure to have an incredible experience in finding the perfect opportunity for you and your family.  In Paul’s free time, he enjoys spending time with those he loves most; his wife Natalie, and 3 young daughters, Ava, Viviana, and Adriana. You can be sure to find Paul and his family enjoying the beautiful beaches at the Shore, boating, and of course ending those Summer nights with a double scoop of ice cream and sprinkles with his girls.
