The second floor features a bright and spacious open living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space perfect for creating lasting vacation memories. This level also includes a guest bedroom with a Queen bed, the primary bedroom with a King bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. For your convenience, beach tags, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach gear are provided, making it easy to enjoy Avalon’s pristine shoreline. A new outdoor shower is available for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Small hypoallergenic dogs may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior owner approval.
