Jacki spent her younger years living in Townsends Inlet, with some of her favorite memories being, walking a block and half to the beach and walking to Busch’s for dinner then hopping over to get ice cream at the still standing “Scoops” ice cream stand on 83rd Street.

She pursued the performing arts in the Big Apple where she graduated from The American Musical & Dramatic Academy. Some of her NYC credits include performing Off Broadway, dance choreographer, and a signed artist with an independence record label.

After moving back from New York City in 2003 she obtained her real estate license and started her career as a real estate professional in Stone Harbor. While she was content with her surroundings, opportunity knocked to work in Avalon with the #1 Agency on the Island and she could not refuse. She has enjoyed being a part of the Ferguson Dechert family for many years.

She specializes in Cape May County's barrier islands (Sea Isle to Cape May) and off shore primary and secondary home markets, investment properties & 7 Mile Island and Sea Isle Vacation rentals. Having over 15 years’ experience in the South Jersey Shore real estate market, she is knowledgeable, extremely professional yet personable, and easy to work with, making sure her clients’ needs are always met. She is not only a part of J & J with the Craig Soens Team but happens to be Craig Soens' wife!

Jacki is also a Florida Real Estate Broker Associate, specializing in South Florida East Coast vacation homes for the Tri State area clientele. She also focuses on showing Florida clientele, investment opportunities and vacation living at the beautiful South Jersey Shore!
