A small step up leads to the dining area with a door leading out to the deck and pool. The dining table seats 8. A few steps more and you find yourself in the kitchen equipped with a Viking oven and gas stove, large quartz island with sink and a second dining area that seats 8 overlooking the deck and pool. Around the corner is a family room with plenty of seating (fireplaces are not for tenant use). There is a comfortable bedroom on the first floor with a street side view, Queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The laundry room is located on this first level along with a half bath. There is also a cheery sitting room with access to a small awning covered deck on the first floor, street side. There are flat screen TV's throughout the house. Some televisions offer cable and others are streaming only (tenant must use own account). There are stairs from the Living Room to the 2nd Floor where you'll find the rest of the bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 double beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub/shower. There is a door out to a deck that overlooks the pool. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a door out to the deck that overlooks the pool. The beautiful primary bedroom has a King bed, vaulted octagonal ceiling, 2 skylights and a door to the deck overlooking the pool. The primary bath has a soaking tub, shower and double sink vanity. The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, en suite bathroom, double sink vanity and shower. This bedroom is located on the street side of the house. The fifth bedroom is very spacious with 2 Queen beds and a loveseat. This bedroom overlooks Sunset Drive. The 2nd & 5th bedrooms share a full bath with a shower. There are ceiling fans throughout the house. A short flight of steps from the primary bedroom lead you to an office area. There is a door to a deck offering a bay view; a perfect place to watch the sunset! There is also a bunk room with 2 bunks (twin over twin). At the back of the house a deck leads to a large, heated pool, plenty of outdoor furniture and a large table under the pergola with TV. The garage, golf cart and kayaks are not for Tenant use.
