The only townhome in the Shearwater Complex allows for fantastic ocean views from both the first and second levels. The first level consists of a large kitchen with modern appliances, a laundry room, separate dining room, and a living room with sliders out to the patio and a inground swimming pool. On the second level you will find a guest room with two twin beds, a private deck, and a full bath with a tub. The master bedroom has a King size bed, walk in closet, full bath with shower and another private deck with views of the ocean and on a clear day views as far as Atlantic City. The beach is a short walk away as are the recreation fields (tennis, baseball, soccer, and basketball).
