In the back of the first floor is a large laundry area/kitchenette, a powder-room with indoor and outdoor access and a Family Room. The Family Room opens up to the back yard living space, which includes a deck for dining or lounging by the fireplace, a covered cabana area with grill, a heated inground pool with a sundeck and spa and plenty of space to relax, slow down and catch some vitamin D. Seabatical s second floor greets you with a spacious open concept area with a living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen. There are plenty of seats for everyone to be together. The expansive Kitchen Island seats 7 and the dining table can accommodate 12. There is plenty of storage in the walk-in pantry. You can cook a feast in the gourmet kitchen featuring Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, relax and enjoy takeout, entertain guests or enjoy a meal on the screened in front porch. This floor also has a full bathroom and adult game room that opens to the second-floor deck overlooking the pool. Also, this floor features a Master King Bedroom ensuite that opens to the back deck. The 3rd Floor offers an additional bunk room that opens to a star gazing deck. Adjacent you will find a bedroom with two double beds and a shared bath.
